BELOIT — An In-Person Job Fair is scheduled from 2-4 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 27 in the Community Room at the Beloit Public Library, 605 Eclipse Blvd, Beloit. The event is being put on by the Southwest Wisconsin Workforce Development Board.

Job seekers will have access to the public computer lab to complete online job applications and print resumes. 

Fifteen employers are registered from Rock county and the surrounding area, along with two public transit resources.

The “Employment Along the Bus Route” event will have an emphasis on addressing transportation needs of job seekers. While this event is open to the general public, it is recognized that many job seekers are limited due to transportation needs. 

The public transportation offered by Janesville Transit and Beloit Transit is a reliable option for individuals to commute to and from work. This event will allow job seekers to explore opportunities beyond their immediate location.
