The Wednesday, March 19, 1975 edition announced Larry Lund as the Times’ new assistant publisher, as well as approved work to be done at Twining Park and a photo of a vehicle vs. building accident at Spurgeons on the west side of Monroe’s downtown square — now occupied by Burington Shoes.
