On April 1st, Wisconsinites face a crucial choice: elect Susan Crawford, an experienced judge committed to fairness and integrity, or fall for the misleading tactics of Brad Schimel, a MAGA-backed politician funded by billionaire Elon Musk. Schimel’s campaign floods the airwaves with attack ads that distort the truth, hoping to deceive voters.

But actions speak louder than words. As Attorney General, Schimel claimed he would stand up for victims, yet he left over 6,000 rape kits untested for years, with only nine processed under his leadership. That’s not justice — it’s negligence. Now, as federal layoffs hit Wisconsin and the Trump administration fails to deliver promised dollars to farmers, we see what happens when leaders make election promises and fail to execute them.

Susan Crawford’s experience spans criminal law, administrative law, and constitutional law. Brad Schimmel has no judicial experience. She has the integrity and commitment to uphold the law — not partisan interests.

This election falls on April Fool’s Day — let’s not be fooled by a deluge of smarmy attack ads. Get out and vote because your freedom depends on it. Vote for justice and impartiality. Vote for Susan Crawford.
