BLANCHARDVILLE — Drew Schliem drove in four runs and the Blanchardville Bullets scored 11 runs over the sixth and seventh innings to take an 11-2 win over the Hollandale Rockies in a Western Section Sunday League game played on Friday, July 17.

Cole Breuer and Drew Nafzger each hit a double to lead an 11-hit attack by the Bullets (9-3). Hunter Enloe pitched seven innings and allowed just two runs on three hits. Dakota Doescher pitched two innings and didn’t allow a hit while strike out four batters.

Pine Bluff/Mt. Horeb Bluffers 6, Wiota 0

WIOTA — The Wiota Indians (5-7) got seven hits, but could not push across a run as they lost to the Pine Bluff/Mt. Horeb Bluffers 6-0 in Western Section Sunday League action on Sunday, July 19.

Payton Sawdey got the Indians’ only extra base hit of the game, a double in the third inning.

Pine Bluff/Mt. Horeb got single runs in the first and third innings and scored two runs in the sixth and ninth innings to pull away for the win.

Belleville Raiders 13, Argyle Beavers 1

BELLEVILLE — The Belleville Raiders scored seven runs in the sixth inning to blow the game open and claim a 13-1 win over the Argyle Beavers in Home Talent League Western Section action on Sunday, July 19.

Jacob Sheahan hit a home run and drove in three runs and Sam Urqhart also drove in three runs to lead the Raiders (7-5).

Miken Godfrey hit a double for the only extra base hit for Argyle (4-8).
