On September 13:

● At 12:49 a.m., officers arrested Marc S. Grigoroff, 24, of Freeport, IL, following a stop in the 2600 block of STH 69 by an officer checking a person with their vehicle parked in the lane of travel on the highway. Grigoroff was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated - 1st Offense and was also cited for a parking violation, urinating in public, open intoxicants in a motor vehicle and operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration. Grigoroff was booked and released to a responsible adult pending a court appearance.

● At 3:11 a.m., officers conducted a traffic offense stop in the 100 block of North 18th Avenue. An investigation led to the arrest of a passenger, Jordan R. Betts, 27, of Beloit, on a charge of possession of tetrahydrocannabinols, (Delta 9 THC-Marijuana) and a warrant issued by the Rock County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on a possession of narcotic drugs case. Betts was confined in the Green County Jail pending a court appearance.

On September 14:

● At 8:41 p.m., Officers arrested Justice D. Robison, 23, of Monroe, in the 700 block of 16th Avenue on a warrant issued by the Green County Circuit Court for Failure to Appear on a theft case. Robison was confined in the Green County Jail, pending a court appearance.

On September 19:

● At 6:21 p.m., Officers were called to a two-vehicle accident, with no reported injuries, in the 1500 block of 11th Street. The investigation indicated that a vehicle operated by Jason L. Davis,45, of Belleville, was westbound on 11th Street and collided with a legally parked unattended vehicle. Both vehicles sustained functional damage. Davis was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated-1st Offense and also cited for operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration. Davis was booked and released to a responsible adult pending a court appearance.

● At 8:20 p.m., officers arrested Barry L. Polifka, 51, of Monroe, in the 2000 block of Edgeview Drive following a domestic disturbance. Polifka was charged with disorderly conduct and intimidating a victim under Wisconsin’s Domestic Violence Laws. Polifka was also charged with two (2) counts of Felony Bail Jumping due to a violation of bail conditions from prior cases. Polifka was confined in the Green County Jail pending a court appearance.
