Jameson Johnson, utility player for Pecatonica, announced Wednesday his commitment to continue his educational and athletic careers at Rock Valley College. Jameson chose Rock Valley for “the winning environment between all of the programs there.” He was excited about the opportunity to “move on to the next level if [he] go[es] there and put[s] in the work.” Johnson was named the Six Rivers East Player of the Year, the South West District Division 4 Player of the Year and made third-team all-state this spring.
