On March 24:
● At 3:23 p.m., Deputies responded to the Green County Probation & Parole Office, where Ethan E. Tregloan, 25, of Monroe, was placed under arrest for an active arrest warrant through the Department of Corrections. Tregloan was later incarcerated at the Green County Jail.
● At 4:43 p.m., Deputies responded to the N5600 block of STH 69, in the Town of Washington, for a single vehicle crash. The investigation found that Robin L. Nicholson, 73, of Forreston (IL), was traveling south when he fell asleep and then he lost control of his vehicle. The vehicle then entered the north ditch, struck a road sign, and then came to a rest in a field. Nicholson advised that he was uninjured and wearing his seatbelt. The vehicle sustained disabling damage, with no airbag deployment, and was later towed from the scene.
● At 9:00 p.m., Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for an equipment violation in the W2800 block of STH 92, in the Town of Exeter. The investigation resulted in the driver, Larry K. Alcantara, 18, of Belleville, being cited for Possession of Marijuana. Alcantara was later released pending court.
On March 27:
● At 6:16 a.m., Deputies responded to the W4100 block of CTH C, in the Town of Mt. Pleasant, for a one vehicle crash. The investigation found that Anna C. Zirbes, 25, of Belleville, was driving westbound on CTH C when she failed to negotiate a curve. Zirbes then entered the ditch, where the vehicle struck a utility pole before coming to a rest. Zirbes reported that she was not injured and was wearing her seatbelt. The vehicle sustained disabling damage, with airbag deployment, and was towed from the scene. The investigation resulted in Zirbes being cited for Failure to Maintain Control of her vehicle.
● At 7:06 a.m., while Deputies were investigating a previous motor vehicle crash in the W4100 block of CTH C, in the Town of Mt. Pleasant, they were notified of another motor vehicle crash that occurred. The investigation found that Jonathan H. Brunner, 49, of New Glarus, was traveling eastbound on CTH C when his vehicle collided with a low hanging guide wire (caused from the previous crash). Brunner advised he was uninjured and wearing his seatbelt. The vehicle sustained functional damage, with no airbag deployment, and was driven from the scene.
