Karen J. Wehinger age 82 of Monroe, died Saturday August 15, 2020 at her home. She was born on February 16, 1938 in South Wayne, the daughter of Arlo and Dorothy (Goodman) Webster. She graduated from Monroe High School in 1956. Karen married Constant L. Wehinger on November 15, 1957 at Ft. Lewis Army Base in Tacoma, Washington. She worked on the farm with her husband and also at the Deli at Pick N Save. She was a member of St. Clare of Assisi Parish at St. Victor Catholic Church; she enjoyed reading and crocheting.

She is survived by her children: David (Lori) Wehinger of Brodhead, Julie (Tom) Holmes of Brodhead, Don (Deb) Wehinger of Brodhead, Michael (Rita) Wehinger of Smithville, MO, Lori (Mike) Foulker of Friendship, Teresa (Jeff) Metz of Gratiot, Jeff (Ramona) Wehinger of Gratiot, and Chris (Jennifer) Wehinger of Hebron, OH. 15 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Brother, James (Ruth) Webster of Burlington, WI; sisters: LaVonne Roselli of Clearwater, FL, Rosalie (Bud) Wieser of New Glarus and Evelyn Gilbert of Reno, NV. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sisters, Kathy Kauk and Gayle Bull.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at St. Clare of Assisi Parish at St. Victor’s Catholic Church with Monsignor Larry Bakke celebrant. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 10:00 am until the time of service. SHRINER HAGER GOHLKE Funeral Home is assisting the family.
