MONROE - The streets and sanitation department will continue to pick up freon-based applications curbside from April 15 through Friday, May 24 at the reduce cost of $20 per sticker. Items that can be picked up include refrigerators, freezers, dehumidifiers and air conditioning units. Stickers must be purchased at City Hall or at the street department building.
