On October 12:

● 9:49 a.m. A deputy responded to USH 151, Belmont Township for a two vehicle accident. Katelin A. Wagar, 22, Bloomington and Roger D. Adler, 83, Belmont were both traveling northbound when Adler attempted to execute a turning maneuver when he struck Wagar. No injuries were reported. Both Wagar’s 2015 Chevrolet and Adler’s 2009 Ford received disabling damage and were towed from the scene. Adler was cited for Unsafe Lane Deviation. 

● 4:17 p.m. A deputy responded to STH 23, Willow Springs Township for a hit and run.

● 7:27 p.m Zachary R. Daly, 19, Darlington reported striking a deer on Roller Coaster RD, Darlington Township. Daly reported no injuries. Daly’s 2017 Ford received functional damage and was driven from the scene.

On October 13:

● 2:23 a.m. A deputy responded to W Center ST, Village of South Wayne for a noise complaint. As a result, Dulce V. Ramirez-Dolores, 38, South Wayne was cited for Open Intoxicants in a Motor Vehicle.

● 10:46 a.m. Linda M. Long, 67, Oregon IL reported striking a deer on STH 81, Seymour Township. Long reported no injuries. Long’s 2017 Lexus received functional damage and was driven from the scene.

● 11:14 PM Luke M. Molinaro, 30, Monroe reported striking a deer on STH 81, Elk Grove Township. Molinaro reported no injuries. Molinaro’s 2022 Chevrolet received functional damage and was driven from the scene.

On October 14:

● 8:16 a.m. Deputies responded to E Lamont RD, Argyle Township for a one vehicle accident. Krista B Amacher, 54, Argyle lost control of her vehicle, entered the ditch, and came back onto the roadway. No injuries were reported. Amacher’s 2010 Nissan received disabling damage and was towed from the scene.

● 9:08 a.m. Deputies responded to STH 81, Darlington Township for a two vehicle accident. Tammy S Clausen, 55, Darlington was driving her 2014 Volkswagen when she struck the back end of a 1999 Chevrolet driven by John L Nethery, 78, Darlington causing Nethery’s vehicle to rollover. Nethery was transported to the hospital. Both vehicles received disabling damage and were towed from the scene. Clausen was cited for Following too Close. Lafayette County EMS and Darlington Fire Department assisted on scene.

● 9:49 a.m. A deputy responded to Kingsley RD, Gratiot Township for fraud. 

● 2:47 p.m. Deputies responded to CTH O, White Oak Springs Township for a disorderly dispute. Benton Police assisted.

● 8:04 p.m. Lafayette County EMS and Darlington Fire Department responded to Bond RD, Fayette Township for a vehicle on fire. A deputy assisted on scene.

On October 15:

● 6:40 a.m. Cherrie A Woodley, 78, Monroe reported striking a deer on STH 11, Wayne Township. No injuries were reported. Woodley’s 2014 Toyota received minor damage and was driven from the scene.

● 2:56 p.m. A deputy responded to E High ST, City of Shullsburg to assist Shullsburg Police with a disorderly dispute. 

● 5:54 p.m. A deputy responded to W Union ST, City of Shullsburg for a civil dispute. 

● 9:08 p.m. Elissa D Allbright, 45, Mineral Point reported striking a raccoon on W Mound RD, Belmont Township. No injuries were reported. Allbright’s 2024 Toyota received minor damage and was driven from the scene.

On October 16:

● 2:16 a.m. A deputy responded to W Blackstone ST, City of Shullsburg for suspicious circumstances.

● 7:49 a.m. A deputy responded to Andrews RD, Wayne Township for a one vehicle accident. Spencer E Hay-Skattum, 16, South Wayne lost control of his vehicle causing it to rollover. No injuries reported. Hay-Skattum’s 1998 Chevrolet received disabling damage and was towed from the scene. South Wayne First Response, South Wayne Fire Department, and Green County EMS assisted on scene.

● 6:38 p.m. A deputy responded to E Main ST, Village of Benton for threats.

On October 17:

● 12:46 p.m. A deputy responded to CTH Z, Kendall Township for a Restraining Order Violation.

On October 18:

● 1:54 p.m. Deputies responded to CTH E, Darlington Township for a domestic abuse.

● 2:06 p.m. Darlington Fire and Lafayette County EMS responded to STH 23, Willow Springs Township for a round bale on fire.

● 4:26 p.m. Deputies responded to CTH W, Benton Township for a one vehicle rollover. Michael R Russell, 66, Chicago, IL was traveling westbound on CTH W in a 2007 Dodge when he failed to negotiate a curve and entered the ditch, striking a fence and overturning. Russell and his passenger, Tian R Russell, 41 also of Chicago, IL were transported to the Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The vehicle was towed from the scene with disabling damage. Benton Fire and First and Hazel Green EMS assisted.

● 5:48 p.m. Mineral Point Fire and EMS responded to Ballard RD, Willow Springs Township for a combine fire. Darlington Fire and a deputy assisted on scene.

● 7:07 p.m. Deputies responded to Hillside LN, Gratiot Township for criminal damage.

● 7:40 p.m. Jason L Timmerman, 52, Cuba City reported striking a deer on STH 23, Willow Springs Township. No injuries were reported and Timmerman’s 2012 Nissan received moderate damage and was driven from the scene.

● 10:46 p.m. Dennis L Clauer, 74, Prairie du Chien reported striking a deer on STH 23, Darlington Township. No injuries were reported and Clauer’s 2013 Chevrolet received moderate damage and was driven from the scene.

● 10:55 p.m. A deputy responded to CTH W, Monticello Township for a disabled vehicle. Hector D Garcia-Elvir, 25, Darlington was arrested for Operating without a valid Driver’s License and brought to the Lafayette County Jail where he was booked and released.

● 11:30 p.m. Deputies responded to Alvin ST in the Village of Blanchardville for a domestic dispute. Arrissa A Mentz, 29, Blanchardville was arrested for Domestic Disorderly Conduct and brought to the Lafayette County Jail where she was booked and later posted bond.
