● 6:11 a.m. Argyle Fire responded to STH 78, Argyle Township for a wire down.
● 7:57 a.m. A deputy responded to E Milwaukee ST in the Village of Argyle for a minor two vehicle accident. Raelene K Nelson, 38, Argyle was traveling out of the gas station parking lot in her 2009 Toyota when she struck the side of a 2013 Toyota being operated by Macayla M Quinn, 28, Monroe. No injuries were reported and both vehicles were driven from the scene with minor damage. Nelson was cited for Inattentive Driving.
● 8:06 a.m. A deputy responded to Ench RD, Benton Township for a traffic hazard.
● 12:08 p.m. A deputy responded to E Center ST in the Village of South Wayne for threats.
● 2:07 p.m. A deputy responded to STH 11, Shullsburg Township for a utility problem.
● 2:14 p.m. A deputy responded to CTH D, Fayette Township for a utility problem.
● 7:52 p.m. A deputy responded to W Church ST in the City of Shullsburg for a hit and run.
● 11:41 p.m. A deputy responded to W Water ST in the City of Shullsburg for threats.
On May 23:
● 3:55 a.m. Mandi A Pomplun, 32, Monroe reported striking a deer on STH 81, Argyle Township. No injuries were reported and Pomplun’s 2015 Toyota was driven from the scene with moderate damage.
● 7:50 a.m. Matthew J Ubersox, 46, Darlington reported striking a deer on STH 81, Darlington Township. No injuries were reported and Ubersox’s 2008 Cadillac received severe damage and was towed from the scene.
● 5:16 p.m. A deputy responded to Cub Hollow RD, Monticello Township for a civil dispute.
● 7:54 p.m. A deputy responded to Southwest RD, Benton Township for suspicious activity.
● 9:05 p.m. Mick A Jones, 30, Darlington reported striking a deer on STH 81, Seymour Township. No injuries were reported and Jones’s 2015 Ram received moderate damage and was driven from the scene.
● 9:18 p.m. Timothy J Weigel, 57, Cuba City reported striking a deer on STH 81, Elk Grove Township. No injuries were reported and Weigel’s 2018 Ford received moderate damage and was driven from the scene.
● 9:37 p.m. Timothy S Smith, JR, 41, and Bailey J Schmitt, 23, both of Darlington were cited for Possess Open Intoxicants in a Motor Vehicle on CTH M, Wiota Township.
On May 24:
● 8:46 a.m. A deputy responded to Yellowstone Church RD, Blanchard Township to keep the peace.
● 7:44 p.m. Bradley D. Lincoln, 61, Argyle was traveling on STH 81, Argyle Township when he lost control of his vehicle left the roadway and entered the ditch where he came to a rest. Lincoln reported no injuries. Lincoln’s 2007 received disabling damage and was towed from the scene. Argyle EMS, Argyle Fire and a deputy assisted.
● 11:18 p.m. A deputy responded to Carr Factory RD, Benton Township for a vehicle in a field
On May 25:
● 3:19 a.m. Alejandro A. Hernandez, 21, Monroe was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated (OWI – 1st Offense) on STH 11, Shullsburg Township. Hernandez was transported to Lafayette County Jail where he was released to a responsible party.
● 2:52 p.m. Deputies responded to Cub Hollow RD, Monticello Township for a keep the peace.
● 8:18 p.m. Yoan O. Arcos-Martinez, 22, Darlington and William D. Utrera-Jimenez, 26, Darlington were both cited on Lake RD, Fayette Township for Operating without a Valid License (OWL – 1st Offense) and Unreasonable and Imprudent Speed.
