On March 27:

● At 3:38 p.m., Deputies responded to the 300 block of S. Main St., in the Village of Monticello, for a two vehicle crash. The investigation found that Evan R. Feller, 16, of Monticello, was traveling northbound when a vehicle operated by Brooke N. Ryan, 18, of Monticello, was backing into the roadway and collided with Feller. Both parties advised they were uninjured and wearing their seatbelts. Both vehicles sustained functional damage, with no airbag deployment, and were removed from the scene.
