On November 28:
● At approximately 3:10 a.m., Deputies responded to the W7900 block of Wis. 11, Town of Cadiz, for a report of Disorderly Conduct. Investigations resulted in Nathan W Restivo, 45, of South Wayne, being arrested for Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest, and Bail Jumping. Restivo was incarcerated at the Green County Jail.
● At approximately 7:59 p.m., Deputies performed a traffic stop on a vehicle in the W3600 block of Wis. 11, Town of Sylvester, for a speeding violation. Investigations resulted in the driver Hansel A.M. Zepeda, 23, of South Beloit being cited for possession of THC, operating while revoked, and speeding. Zepeda was released with a court date.
On November 30:
● At 12:32 p.m., Bryan Rangel Dominguez, 30 of Beloit, was stopped and cited for speeding, and for Operating Without a Valid DL, in the W5200 block of Wis. 11, Town of Monroe. He was released with a court date.
On December 1:
● At 1:03 p.m., Deputies along with Brooklyn EMS and Brooklyn FD responded to the W1200 block of King Rd, Town of Brooklyn, for a report of a single vehicle accident. A FedEx cargo van operated by Mohamed L Mohamed, 47, of Madison, was eastbound when his vehicle entered the south ditch. Mohamed’s vehicle proceeded down into the ditch where it struck a tree. Mohamed reported injuries, reported wearing his seatbelt, and there was airbag deployment within the vehicle. Mohamed’s vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene.
● At 6:18 p.m., Deputies stopped a vehicle for a registration violation in the W600 block of Wis. 81, Town of Spring Grove. Carlos E Ortiz Borregales, 29, Chicago, IL, was cited for Non-Registration of an Auto and Open Intoxicants in a Motor Vehicle. He was released with a court date.
● At 8:28 p.m., Deputies stopped a vehicle for a speeding violation in the N1900 block of Wis. 69, Town of Clarno. McKenzie Bennett, 22, Freeport, IL, was cited for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and warned for the speeding violation. He was released with a court date.
On December 3:
● At 3:00 p.m., Deputies responded to the 2800 block of 6th St. (Probation & Parole), in the City of Monroe, where Hunter S. Santoro, 21, of Monroe, was taken into custody for a Probation hold. Santoro was later incarcerated at the Green County Jail.
● At 5:34 p.m., Deputies responded to the N8000 block of Wis. 69, in the Town of New Glarus, for a two-vehicle crash without injuries. The investigation found that Yuquetzi A. Juarez, 32, of Belleville, was traveling northbound, when she stopped for traffic ahead of her turning. A vehicle behind Juarez, driven by Ping Jin, 69, of Madison, could not slow down to avoid Juarez and then turned onto the shoulder of the road, where she struck the passenger’s side of Juarez’s vehicle. Juarez and Jin both advised they were uninjured and wearing their seatbelts. Both vehicles involved sustained minor damage, with no airbag deployment, and were driven from the scene.
