TOWN OF EXETER - An 18-year-old Green County man is in police custody and faces a handful of charges related to possession of child pornography and child sexual exploitation.

At 6:14 a.m. on Friday, June 17, the Green County Sheriff's Office, assisted by an agent with the Stateline Area Narcotics Team (SLANT) executed a residential search warrant at N9156 Dohm Drive in the Town of Exeter as part of an Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) investigation. Nathan O. Widish, 18, was arrested without incident on a warrant for one count of Possession of Child Pornography (Class D Felony) and four counts of Child Sexual Exploitation (Class C Felony). He was incarcerated in the Green County Jail, pending an initial court appearance. 

An investigation that lasted several months began with the receipt of two National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) cybertips referred from the Wisconsin ICAC Task Force. The case remains under investigation.
