MONROE - Three locations will be available for medication drop-off during the Green County's Medication Round-up, set for Sept. 27.
The Medication Round-up is an effort to prevent prescription drug abuse and accidental poisonings in Green County as well as help protect local waterways.
The round-up locations will accept:
 Prescriptions
 Over-the-counter medications
 Liquid medications
Collection times and sites are:
 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Green County Highway Garage, 2813 6th St., Monroe.
 8 a.m. to 11 a.m., Brodhead Police Department, 1004 W. Exchange St., Brodhead.
 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., Monticello Recycling Center, 118 E. Coates Ave., Monticello.
