MONROE — Judge James R. Beer and Judge Thomas J. Vale have announced that Kim Buehl of Monticello has been appointed to a 3-year term as a Drainage Commissioner effective Jan. 1. 

Other members serving on the committee include: Tim Schmidt of Monroe and John Dieckhoff of Brodhead.
