Jeffrey A. Walmer, age 71, of Monroe passed away on Monday, October 3, 2022 at his home.  He was born on April 15, 1951 the son of Duane and Mary (Walling) Walmer.  He attended Albany High School.

Jeff worked maintenance for several companies over the years and later worked for Schneider Plumbing.  He enjoyed riding horses and motorcycles, and playing euchre.

Jeff is survived by his daughter Amanda Schoen of Brodhead; mother, Mary Walling of Center, KY; grandchildren, Harli (Kyle) Kampert of Belvidere, Cierra (Mike) Medinger of Monroe, Lily (Bryton) Thompson of Janesville, Bentlei Hauser of Brodhead, and Nick Nyman of Albany;  girlfriend, Carla Goecks of Monroe; siblings, Jerry (Amber) Walmer of Center, KY, Jordan Walmer of Brodhead, Melody Stuessy of Monroe, Mary (Kirk) Olson of Sparta, Louis Becherer of Darlington, Charles Becherer of Camp Douglas, WI, Joe (Lisa) Becherer of Brodhead, Martha (Richard) Ladwig of Monticello, and Marsha Freischmidt of Fulton, IL.

He was preceded in death by his father; daughter, Amy Woollums, and brother, Jack Walmer.
