Donna K. Frenzel, age 63, of Monroe, died on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at the Monroe Clinic Hospital. She was born February 12, 1955 in Dodgeville, the daughter of John and Anna Mae (Cutler) Godfrey. Donna was a 1973 graduate of Dodgeville High School.

Donna and Shane Frenzel were united in marriage on May 22, 1982 in Monroe.

She was employed with Walmart for 30 years, retiring in 2017. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and her dog’s Penny and Zoey.

She also enjoyed arts and crafts and collecting depression glass.

She is survived by her husband, Shane of Monroe, children: Angie (Todd Pulver) Arians of Monroe, Anthony (Coleen) Frenzel of Dubuque, IA; and Kristin (Mike) Ladwig of Monroe; brother, Jack (Helen) Godfrey of Dodgeville, sister, Linda Walter of Minneapolis, MN; 8 grandchildren, Sandra, Amanda, Marissa, Wyatt, Brock, Colton, Adaleigh, and Caitlyn and 4 great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Sandy Venden and her favorite dog, Lady.

Funeral services will be Thursday, October 18, 2018 at 12:00 noon at the SHRINER-HAGER-GOHLKE funeral home, with Rev. Randy Booth officiating. Burial will be in Oneco Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. until time of service at the funeral home.
