On April 5:
● At 3:05 p.m., officers were called to a report of a domestic disturbance in the 400 block of 11th Avenue. An investigation led to the arrest of Michael D. Arroyo (47), of Monroe. Arroyo was charged with disorderly conduct and intimidation of a victim under Wisconsin’s Domestic Violence laws and confined in the Green County Jail pending a court appearance.
● At 5:56 p.m., officers observed a two-vehicle accident in the 2200 block of 6th Street. An investigation indicated that a vehicle operated by Matthew D. Lundberg, 33, of Monroe, was westbound on 6th Street and collided with a legally parked unoccupied vehicle. Both vehicles sustained moderate damages and there were no injuries. Lundberg was cited for inattentive driving and released pending a court appearance.
On April 9:
● At 7:42 p.m., officers arrested Orlando Jose Fernandez, 43, of Blanchardville, following a report of a driver slumped over the wheel of a vehicle in traffic at a stop sign in the 1600 block of 9th Avenue. Fernandez was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated-1st offense and also cited for operating without a valid driver’s license and improper stopping in an intersection. Fernandez was confined in the Green County Jail pending release to a responsible adult or the passage of 12 hours.
● At 11:19 p.m., officers arrested Samantha Rose Mary Estep, 39, of Monroe, following a report of a female, allegedly on probation, being in a bar. The Wisconsin Department of Corrections-Probation & Parole issued an apprehension order for Estep, which led to her arrest in a business in the 1300 block of 17th Street. Estep was confined in the Green County Jail pending further proceedings.
On April 12:
● At 2:49 a.m., officers arrested Jace Donald Eric Daughenbaugh, 18, of Monroe, in the 900 block of 20th Street, following an investigation near a closed business where individuals fled on foot from an officer. Daughenbaugh was cited for underage consumption of alcohol, resisting an officer and possession of a false identification. Daughenbaugh was released to a responsible adult pending a court appearance.
On April 22:
● At 10:39 p.m., officers arrested Helen C. Erickson, 58, of Monroe, on a charge of felony retail theft, at a business in the 300 block of 6th Avenue West. At 11:40 PM, at the Monroe Police station, officers arrested Gerald D. Erickson, 68, of Monroe, also for a charge of felony retail theft stemming from the same incident. Both Helen and Gerald Erickson were confined in the Green County Jail pending a court appearance.
On April 29:
● At 10:31 a.m., officers were called to a residence in the 1000 block of 4th Avenue West for a report of an out-of-control unwanted person. The investigation led to the arrest of Rosie A. Martin, 19, of Monroe, on charges of disorderly conduct, resisting/obstructing officers and four counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. Martin was confined in the Green County Jail pending a court appearance.
On April 30:
● At 4:49 p.m., officers arrested Rusel Terceros Ticona,24 , of Monroe, in the 1000 block of 4th Avenue West, on a warrant issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections-Probation & Parole for a probation violation. Terceros Ticona was confined in the Green Conty Jail pending further proceedings.
● At 6:48 p.m., officers were called to a disturbance at a business in the 1300 bloc of 17th Street. The investigation led to the arrest of Scott A. Buol, 22, of Monroe, on three 3 counts of disorderly conduct and four 4 counts of making terroristic threats. Buol was confined in the Green County Jail pending a court appearance.
On May 1:
● At 12:43 p.m. officers were called to a two-vehicle accident with no reported injuries at a business in the 400 block of 4th Avenue. The investigation indicated that a vehicle operated by Haylee J. Holcomb, 18, of Monticello, was performing a backing maneuver and collided with a legally parked and unoccupied vehicle owned by a Monroe man. Holcomb then left the scene but was located by officers. There was minor damage to both vehicles. Holcomb was cited for hit and run to an unoccupied vehicle and released pending a court appearance.
