BRODHEAD - Multiple police agencies throughout Green County collaborated to conduct a safety enforcement operation in Brodhead Friday. Officers from the police departments of Brodhead, Orfordville, Belleville and New Glarus were joined by deputies from the Green County and Rock County sheriff's departments for four hours Friday evening. The officers were instructed to focus on high-risk driving behaviors that can lead to traffic crashes, according to a Brodhead Police press release.
