MADISON - A former Monroe man was arrested Saturday after he was accused of sexually assaulting a Madison woman at a party earlier in the night. Zachary M. Vannatta, 22, Madison, was arrested by Madison Police on suspicion of second-degree sexual assault after he was accused of groping an intoxicated woman at a house party in Madison. According to a Madison Police news release, Vannatta kissed and groped a semi-conscious woman beneath her clothes before other partygoers reported his actions to the police.
