MADISON (AP) - Prosecutors filed 15 felony counts Friday against a Wisconsin man accused of killing four people in a drunken, wrong-way crash last month. The charges against Brysen Wills of Waunakee include homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle, reckless homicide and operating a vehicle with a prohibited alcohol concentration causing great bodily harm. Online court records did not list an attorney for Willis as of Friday afternoon.
