MONROE — On Oct. 21:

●  Cathleen Francois, 51, Blanchardville, was transported by New Glarus EMS for evaluation of injuries from a car vs. tree crash at 12:26 a.m. on Hustad Valley Road and County J, Town of York. She was westbound on Hustad Valley Road, went through the intersection and hit a tree. The vehicle sustained severe damage, with airbag deployment. It was towed. The New Glarus Fire Department assisted.

●  No injuries were reported from a one-vehicle crash at 6:46 a.m. on Wis. 59 at Monroe Sylvester Road, Town of Sylvester. Rita Jacobson, 61, Monroe, was turning onto Monroe Sylvester Road when she exited the roadway and entered the ditch. Her vehicle sustained moderate damage. It was towed. 

On Oct. 27:

●  No injuries were reported from a vehicle vs. tree crash at 5:38 a.m. in the Town of Adams. Santos Gonzalez Ortiz, 57, Monticello, was westbound on County C approaching intersection with County J when he fell asleep and went through the intersection, entered the west ditch of County J and collided with a tree. The vehicle sustained disabling damage. It was towed. Gonzalez Ortiz was cited for driving without a valid license and failure to keep vehicle under control.

●  A two-vehicle crash with injuries was reported at 3:50 p.m. in the W8800 block of Wis. 81, Town of Jordan. Juan Santos Postrero, 43, Freeport, was eastbound when he attempted to pull onto the shoulder at which time an eastbound vehicle behind him rear-ended him and entered the south ditch. The other vehicle, driven by Angel P. Quintana, 22, Monroe, came to a rest in the roadway. Postrero’s vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed. He sustained a non-life threatening injury. His passenger was not injured. Quintana’s vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed. He sustained non-life threatening injuries. Quintana was arrested on a first-offense charge of operating while under the influence of drugs. He was cited for following too closely, possession of THC and drug paraphernalia. He was released pending court. Green County EMS and the Browntown Fire Department assisted.

●  No injuries were reported from a one-vehicle crash at 6:52 p.m. in the N3100 block of County M, Town of Jordan. Mackenzie A. Scott, 19, Monroe, was southbound when two deer entered the roadway and collided with her vehicle. Her vehicle exited the roadway and struck an embankment. It sustained disabling damage and was towed.

DARLINGTON — On Oct. 16:

●  No injuries were reported from a one-vehicle accident at 2:05 a.m. on Buncombe Road, Town of Benton. Scott H. Roberts, 41, Benton, lost control of his vehicle, exited the roadway and hit a telephone pole. His 2013 Honda sustained moderate damage and was towed. Benton First Response, the Benton Fire Department and Alliant Energy assisted.

●  Spencer J. Baugher, 26, Spring Green, reported hitting a deer at 5:04 a.m. on Wis. 23, Town of Darlington. His 2013 Ford sustained minor damage.

●  Jason B. Rowe, 47, Cuba City, reported hitting a deer at 6:48 a.m. on County Shop Road, Town of Darlington. His 2020 GMC sustained minor damage.

●  No injuries were reported from a one-vehicle accident at 7:26 p.m. on County I, Town of New Diggings. Rodney A. Carns, 55, Cuba City, had a 2005 Freightliner and a 2016 Wilson Trailer parked. While parked, the truck popped out of gear causing the truck to hit a telephone pole. Scenic Rivers Energy Cooperative assisted.

●  Cayden L. Rankin, 17, Darlington, reported hitting a deer at 7:40 p.m. Oct. 17 on Wis. 23, Town of Darlington. His 2014 Chevrolet sustained minor damage.

On Oct. 18:

●  JoEllen M. Truttman, 18, Monticello, reported hitting a deer at 7:31 p.m. on Wis. 11, Town of Gratiot. Her 2008 Chrysler sustained minor damage.

●  Darin A. Wills, 39, Belmont, reported no injuries from a cow vs. semi crash at 7:46 p.m. on County G, Town of Belmont. His 1987 International sustained minor damage.

On Oct. 20:

●  Jason T. Jean, 36, Darlington, reported hitting a deer at 6:53 a.m. on Wis. 81, Town of Lamont. His 2017 Ram sustained minor damage.

●  Troy R. Nethery, 50, South Wayne, reported hitting a deer at 6:46 p.m. on County D, Town of Wiota. His 2007 Saturn sustained moderate damage.

On Oct. 21:

●  A deputy responded for a one-vehicle accident at 6:45 p.m. on Wis. 23, Town of Darlington. Jeremy J. Starr was traveling on Wis. 23 when a calf ran into the side of his truck. The 2010 Chevrolet sustained minor damage.

●  Garrett M. Debuhr, 35, Darlington, reported hitting a deer at 8:46 p.m. on Wis. 81, Town of Seymour. His 2019 Ford sustained minor damage. 

Christopher D. Roelli, 50, Darlington, reported hitting a deer at 3:43 a.m. Oct. 26 on Wis. 23, Town of Darlington. His 2004 Jeep sustained moderate damage and was towed.

On Oct. 27:

●  Mark M. Chambers, 57, Darlington, reported hitting a deer at 7:30 p.m. on Hawley Road, Town of Argyle. His 2005 Chevrolet sustained minor damage.
