Monroe Police 

MONROE — No injuries were reported from a two-vehicle accident at 9:49 a.m. Feb. 5 on 7th Street and 18th Avenue. Shannon M. Rabotski, 23, Monroe, was westbound on 7th Street and collided with a southbound vehicle on 18th Avenue operated by a 37-year-old Freeport man. His vehicle sustained moderate damage. Rabotski’s vehicle sustained severe damage. It was towed. She was cited for failure to yield the right of way from a yield sign. 

●  A vehicle in the ditch was reported at 1:11 p.m. Feb. 7 on Wis. 39 and Buckeye Road, Town of York. Kaylee R. Litchfield, 25, Blanchardville, was eastbound on Wis. 39 when she lost control of her vehicle while negotiating a curve and entered the ditch. No injuries were reported. Her vehicle sustained damage. It was towed. She was cited for inattentive driving. 


Green County Sheriff 

MONROE — On Feb. 4: 

●  No injuries were reported from a single-vehicle crash at 5:28 a.m. in the N3900 block of Count N, Town of Monroe. Daniel R. Rieder, 56, Monroe, was southbound when he swerved to avoid a deer and entered the ditch. His vehicle sustained moderate damage. It was towed. He was cited for failure to notify law enforcement of a crash and failure to keep vehicle under control. 

●  No injuries were reported from a single-vehicle crash at 2:21 p.m. in the N2000 block of Wis. 69. Cynthia K. Dicks, 27, Gratiot, was northbound when she lost control of her vehicle due to icy conditions and overturned. Her vehicle sustained moderate damage. It was towed. 

●  Injuries were reported from a single-vehicle rollover at 6:49 p.m. in the W4000 block of Wis. 11, Town of Sylvester. Kallee A. Nybroten, 27, Monroe, was westbound when she lost control of her vehicle due to icy conditions and entered the median and overturned. She denied medical treatment. Her vehicle sustained moderate damage. It was later removed. 

●  A vehicle in the ditch was reported at 1:11 p.m. Feb. 7 on Wis. 39 and Buckeye Road, Town of York. Kaylee R. Litchfield, 25, Blanchardville, was eastbound on Wis. 39 when she lost control of her vehicle while negotiating a curve and entered the ditch. No injuries were reported. Her vehicle sustained damage. It was towed. She was cited for inattentive driving. 


Lafayette County Sheriff 

DARLINGTON — Lukas J. Thornson, 22, Blue Mounds, slid into the ditch at 4:40 p.m. Feb. 4 on County K after attempting to negotiate a sharp turn. No injuries were reported. His vehicle was towed out of the ditch.
