Tobias David Frauchiger Kelly, age 39, of Madison, formerly of Juda died on Friday, November 29, 2013 at the Monroe Manor. He was born on September 28, 1974 in Monroe, son of David and Susan (Boley) Frauchiger. He was adopted by Jeffrey Kelly on March 17, 1983. Toby was a 1993 graduate of Juda High school and also a graduate of Blackhawk Technical College and I.T. Technical Support School.

Toby and Heidi Lyons were married on September 10, 2005.

He worked for Cap Tel in Madison, as a technical support technician.

Toby enjoyed movies, video games and collecting Transformers.

He is survived by his father, Jeffrey (Michelle Piette) Kelly of Juda, mother, Susan (Gary) Miller of Argyle; biological father, David Frauchiger of Monroe; brothers, Jarrett (Tonya) Kelly of Monroe; Benjamin (Thomas Bellinghiere) Kelly of Beloit; step-sister, Caitlin (Joey Drake) Miller of Lena; and special nephew, Breydin Kelly; maternal grandfather, Merlin Boley of Janesville; paternal grandmother, Shirla Kelly of Monroe; several aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.

He was predeceased by his paternal grandfather, Thomas Kelly Sr., maternal grandmother, Lorna Boley and biological grandparents, Ralph and Nellie Frauchiger.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 5, 2013 at Juda Zion United Methodist Church with Rev. Vicki Brantmeyer officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Vernon Cemetery in Juda.

Visitation will be Wednesday, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Shriner-Hager-Gohlke Funeral Home 1455 Mansion Dr., and 18th Ave., in Monroe.

A memorial fund will be established in Toby's memory.
