MADISON/HORICON/MONROE/FREEPORT - Tom Kerr, age 85, died from natural causes on July 25, 2013. Tom was born to Walter and Erdine (Deckler) Kerr on August 26, 1927 in Freeport, IL. Tom and Patricia (Cole) Hamm married on June 27, 1980. Tom graduated from Freeport High in 1945. There will be a Celebration of Life for Tom held at "The Willows," Hwy M, (Westport) Waunakee, WI, on Sun. August 25, 2013 at 1:00 PM.
