Darlington Police

DARLINGTON - Samantha A. Ralston, 18, Oxford Junction, Iowa, was arrested for underage alcohol consumption at about 10:15 p.m. Friday, following an altercation that took place on Louisa Street.

• Michael S. Wick, 26, Mount Horeb, was cited at about 7:45 p.m. Saturday for operating while suspended, operating without insurance and failure to wear seatbelt following a traffic stop on Galena Street.

• Juan Carlos Manzano-Huerta, 28, Boscobel, and Ruby Lee Losoya, 22, Darlington, were arrested at about 12:45 a.m. Tuesday on Washington Street for soliciting an 18-year-old female to practice prostitution. They remain in jail pending court. The Lafayette County Sheriff's Department assisted at the scene.

Monroe Police

MONROE - Cole D. Nordeng, 24, Brodhead, was cited for possession of paraphernalia and failure to properly maintain exhaust, following a traffic stop at about midnight Monday at the intersection of 16th Avenue and 13th Street. He was released pending court.

• Lisa M. Hartman, 26, Monroe, was cited for possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and operating without insurance at about 1:15 a.m. Tuesday in the 1200 block of 19th Street. She posted bail and was released pending court.



Green County Sheriff

MONROE - Melissa D. Lacombe, 26, Monroe, was cited for speeding, operating without a valid driver's license and operating a motor vehicle with no proof of insurance at about 6 p.m. Tuesday. Lacombe was released pending court
