DARLINGTON - On Wednesday, March 26:

• A deputy responded at 5:56 a.m. to an injured animal on Main Street, Village of Belmont.

• A deputy responded to a report at 8:16 a.m. of criminal damage to property on Riverside Road, Gratiot Township.

• A deputy responded at 9:11 a.m. to a report of disorderly conduct on North Judgment Street, Shullsburg.

• Deputies responded to a report of disorderly conduct at 12:35 p.m. on Alma Street, Village of Benton.

• A deputy responded at 3:49 p.m. to a report of a suspicious bag on Roaster Road, Benton Township. The bag was not found.

• A deputy was dispatched at 5:50 p.m. for a complaint of livestock on the roadway on U.S. 151, Kendall Township. Prior to arriving on the scene the deputy was dismissed. The Iowa County Sheriff's Department assisted with locating the livestock.



Darlington Police

DARLINGTON - Marlon J. Cardona, 19, Dodgeville, was cited at 9:50 p.m. Wednesday, March 26, for driving after suspension and driving a vehicle without insurance following a traffic stop on Wis. 23.
