He was released pending court.- Kenneth L. Ellsworth, 27, Monroe, was cited for failing to yield the right-of-way at 6:03 p.m. Sunday, March 25, after police and Green County EMS responded to a two-vehicle collision in the intersection of 4th Avenue and 6th Street. Ellsworth reportedly hit a motorcycle operated by Loren C. Tearman, 53, Albany.
