Monroe Police

MONROE - Shaun M. Kelley, 21, Monroe, was arrested at 3:45 a.m. Wednesday, for bail jumping in the W5400 block of Wisconsin 11. Kelley was jailed pending court. Online court records show Kelley was out on bond for charges of driving while intoxicated, second offense, with conditions that he not drink, do drugs or enter bars and liquor stores. He had an initial appearance in court Wednesday, and had a signature bond set at $500 with the same conditions as his other pending charges.



Green County Sheriff

MONROE - On Wednesday:

• Michael D. Homan, 40, Brodhead, was arrested at 12:16 a.m. for domestic abuse related disorderly conduct, battery, strangulation, false imprisonment and intimidation of a victim after deputies reported to a domestic abuse incident at a residence in the W1100 block of Mohns Clark Road, Town of Spring Grove. He was jailed pending court.

• Erika Palao Alcala, 40, Brooklyn, was arrested at 5:02 p.m. for domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct after deputies responded to a domestic abuse complaint at a residence in the 10 block of Lincoln Street in the village of Brooklyn. Alcala was released after posting bond.



Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON - On Wednesday:

• Gina N. Leahy, 37, Darlington, was arrested at 3:23 a.m. for DWI on West Estey Street, Shullsburg. Leahy was later released to a responsible party.

• A deputy responded to a suspicious person complaint at 4:57 a.m. on Cottage Inn Road, Kendall Township. The complaint was unfounded and no vehicle or persons were found in the area.

• Deputies were dispatched at 7:54 a.m. to an alarm at a business on Wis. 11, Shullsburg.

• A deputy took a harassment complaint at 1 p.m. from a residence on County F, Darlington Township.

• A deputy investigated a suspicious activity complaint at 5:15 p.m. on Wicks Road, Gratiot Township.

• A deputy took a report at 6:03 p.m. of criminal damage to property on Furnace Hill Road, Willow Springs Township. A cornfield had been damaged from a vehicle that was driven in the area to get firewood from a nearby timber area.

• A deputy took a suspicious activity complaint on Wis. 11 in Shullsburg at 10:18 p.m.
