MONROE - Carlos Aguirre-Rivera, 36, Monroe, was arrested for disorderly conduct, battery, intimidation of a victim and attempted strangulation following a report of a domestic dispute at about 8:15 p.m. Monday in the 1700 block of 30th Avenue. He was jailed.

MONROE - Russell E. TerHark, 22, Browntown, was arrested for disorderly conduct, criminal damage to property, battery, bail jumping and intimidation of a victim following a domestic dispute at about 12:30 p.m. Monday at a Cadiz township residence. He was jailed.
• Shannon M. Owen, 30, New Glarus, was cited for driving after suspension following a traffic stop at about 10:30 a.m. Monday in the W8000 block of Wisconsin 39. She was released pending court.
LAFAYETTE COUNTY SHERIFF
DARLINGTON - Jeremy C. Dorr, 34, Benton, was arrested at about 9 p.m. Monday on Second Street in Benton for a warrant issued by Lafayette County. He posted the required bond and was released.
