ALBANY - Emily R. Malin, 28, Albany, was cited Sunday, Nov. 24, for theft of property.

• Two Albany boys, ages 15 and 17, were arrested Wednesday, Nov. 27, on charges of possessing drug paraphernalia and violating curfew.

• Ricky A. Reigle, 56, Albany, was arrested Saturday, Nov. 30, on charges of driving while intoxicated, driving with a prohibited blood-alcohol content, possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia and giving an improper signal for a turn.

MONROE - Evelyn R. Michel, 34, Mineral Point, was arrested on a third-offense charge of driving while intoxicated, with a passenger under the age of 16, after deputies and Blanchardville police, firefighters and EMS responded to a rollover crash with injuries in York Township at 7:46 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 30. Michel was westbound on County H approaching the intersection with Hay Hollow Road, lost control, crossed the centerline and hit the bridge rail, going over it. Deputies arrived to find the 1997 Buick in a nearby creek. Michel was extricated and flown by Medflight helicopter to the University of Wisconsin in Madison for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. A juvenile passenger was able to get out before emergency personal arrived and was also taken to UW Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. The vehicle was severely damaged and towed. Michel was also cited for failure to maintain control and operating left of center. He was released pending court.

• Mark D. Peterson, 50, Monroe, was cited for trespassing to land after deputies responded at 9:59 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 1, for a report of a hunter trespassing in the N1100 block of Woodman Road in Clarno Township.

• Jose Manuel Vasquez-Rondon, 52, Marengo, Ill., was cited for driving the wrong way on a divided highway after deputies on patrol at 3:44 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 1, noticed a vehicle headed eastbound on the westbound off-ramp to 6th Avenue West from Wis. 11/81 in Monroe Township. Vasquez-Rondon, later identified as the driver, continued to drive into oncoming traffic, forcing several vehicles off the ramp and onto the shoulder to avoid a collision.

• Nathan R.M. Sweet, 21, Monroe, was arrested on Green County warrant for failure to appear in court and a Rock County warrant for failure to pay a fine, after deputies responded at 8:05 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 1, to a report of two suspicious people walking southbound in the N2200 block of Asmus Road in Clarno Township. Deputies located the two people, one of whom was Sweet, walking back toward the city. They said they were walking to town. Sweet was jailed pending court and bond.
