Pearl Minder age 96 of Albany, died Friday February 4, 2011 at Rowin Rest Home in Albany. She was born on May 13, 1914 in Winslow, IL, the daughter of Alfred and Flossie Mae (Luke) Schneider. Pearl attended schools in the Winslow, IL area. She married Albert Minder in 1947.
She is survived by her daughter, Karyn Minder of Madison; a brother LaVern (Ilene)Schneider of Winslow, IL; and a sister, Alma Johnson of Monroe. She was preceded in death by her husband, sons: Terry and Larry Minder; brothers: Walter, Delvin, Wilbur, Ralph, Cletus and John Schneider; sisters: Viola Retzlaff and Lucille Gill.
Funeral services will be held at 6:00 P.M. Tuesday evening February 8, 2011 at Shriner Hager Gohlke funeral home, with Pastor Pat Soddy officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest cemetery, Albany. A visitation will be held Tuesday from 4:00 to 6:00 P.M at the funeral home.
