MONROE - Aaron L. Busch, 27, Monroe, was arrested for fourth-offense driving under the influence; driving without a license; inattentive driving; hit and run; and trespassing following a one-vehicle accident at about 1:15 a.m. Thursday in the 1600 block of 21st Avenue.

Police report Busch's vehicle was north bound on 21st Street when it crossed the center line and hit a parked vehicle. Busch fled the scene on foot. He was jailed.
