Gerald S. Albright, age 80 of Monroe, Wisconsin, died Friday, December 18, 2009, at his home. He was born May 27, 1929 in Monroe, the son of Pelmer and Clara (Roth) Albright.
Gerald and Norma Pagel were married on April 26, 1952 in Monroe and they farmed in the Monticello area. Jerry also was a bus driver for Austin, worked at Soloman Auto Parts, Faith Machine, and Green County Machine.
Surviving are his daughters, Debra (Guy) Loeffel of Monticello and Shana (Jeff) Blum of Monroe; daughter-in-law, Diane Albright of Monroe; half-sister, Glenda (Franklin) Potter of Browntown; granddaughters, Amy Loeffel, Angela (Larry Yerk) Wood, and Miranda (David) Klopfenstein; grandson, Mike Patterson; great-grandsons, Dylan Schuur and Jon Klopfenstein. He was predeceased by his parents; wife; son, Lon; and brother, Paul.
A Celebration of Jerry's life will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, December 29, 2009 at Shriner-Hager-Gohlke Funeral Home, 1455 Mansion Drive and 18th Avenue in Monroe.
A memorial fund is being established in Jerry's memory.
