Milton Eugene Liphart, 81, South Wayne, died Saturday, Aug. 3, 2013. A Celebration of Life will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 17 and a service will be held at 2 p.m. at Lee Liphart's residence, 7801 County N, South Wayne.
