Felonies

On Monday:

• Kevin D. Flood, 54, Albany, was released on a $10,000 signature bond with additional conditions that he not do drugs or possess drug paraphernalia. Flood is charged with one count of Class F felony manufacturing THC, one count of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and one count of Class I felony maintaining a drug trafficking place. The charges stem from an incident that occurred Friday. Law enforcement reports indicate Flood was arrested Friday after a State Line Area Narcotics Team investigation found Flood had 72 cannabis plants on his property, grow equipment used to manufacture cannabis plants, an amount of cocaine and five guns. Some of the plants were found inside a shed on Flood's property as well as a few planted outside. He has a preliminary hearing set for July 3.

• Nicholas Roth, 34, Albany, had a signature bond set at $2,000 with additional conditions that he not do drugs or possess drug paraphernalia and he is ordered to reside with his parents at their home in the N6500 block of County X, Albany. Roth is charged with one count of Class H felony manufacturing THC, one count of Class I felony maintaining a drug trafficking place and one count of misdemeanor possession of marijuana. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on Sunday. Law enforcement reports indicate Roth was arrested following a State Line Area Narcotics Team investigation that found six marijuana plants on the property at County X. He has a preliminary hearing set for June 26.

• Steven A. Steiner entered a not-guilty plea Tuesday to two Class F felony counts of burglary of a dwelling, one count of Class I felony theft of moveable property and two counts of Class H felony bail jumping and one count of theft of moveable property. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on April 1. If convicted for the maximum penalty he could face up to 82-and-a-half years imprisonment or $90,000 in fines or both. He has a plea/sentencing hearing set for June 26.



Misdemeanors

On Tuesday:

• Kennedy A. Huffer, 18, Albany, had one count of disorderly conduct dismissed on a prosecutor's motion. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on Aug. 29. She owes no fine because the charge was dismissed.
