Monroe Police

MONROE — Roger M. Blum, 52, Monroe, was cited for operating motor vehicle by a permittee without an instructor at 12:35 a.m. May 3 in the 300 block of 17th Street. His passenger, Kirk A. Noble, 58, Monroe, was arrested and issued municipal citations for possession of THC, drug paraphernalia and open intoxicants in vehicle. He was released. 

●  Gary L. Wanger II, 37, Lodi, was arrested on a warrant issued by Dane County at 5:58 a.m. May 4 at a residence in the 2200 block of 1st Street following a report he was residing there. He was jailed. 

●  Courtney J. Jackson, 24, Monroe, was arrested on a warrant for a probation violation issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections at 8:20 p.m. May 5 in the 700 block of 8th Avenue. Jackson was jailed. 


Green County Sheriff

MONROE — Ryan T. King, 36, Monroe, was arrested on a probation hold placed by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections at 8:58 a.m. May 3 at the Green County Probation and Parole Office in Monroe. He was jailed. 

On May 4: 

●  Roger M. Long, 42, Blanchardville, was arrested on a warrant issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections at 3:03 p.m. at a residence in the W8300 block of Wis. 39, Town of York. He was jailed. 

●  Briana M. Maaske, 23, Monroe, was arrested on a charge of misdemeanor bail jumping at 7:18 p.m. at a residence in the N3100 block of Rufenacht Road, Town of Monroe following a disturbance report. She was jailed.

DARLINGTON — On April 14: 

●  A disabled vehicle was reported at 12:02 a.m. on Wis. 11, Town of Shullsburg, at 6:49 p.m. on County F, Town of Darlington and at 9:30 p.m. on Wis. 11 in Gratiot. 

●  An animal problem was reported at 7:24 a.m. on Cub Hollow Road, Town of Gratiot. 

●  A deputy responded to check welfare at 9:17 a.m. on High Street, Town of New Diggings. 

●  A deputy responded for a vehicle unlock at 12:37 p.m. on Mount Pleasant Road, Town of Lamont. 

●  Tanner D. Paulson, 17, Belmont, was cited for unnecessary display of power at 4:26 p.m. on County G, Town of Belmont. 

●  A domestic dispute was reported at 9:28 p.m. on North Splinter Street in Cuba City. A Grant County deputy assisted.

On April 15: 

●  A traffic hazard was reported at 9:56 a.m. on County N, Town of Argyle. 

●  A deputy assisted Argyle police with lost property at 3:16 p.m. on West Milwaukee Street. 

On April 16: 

●  Rogelio Tornero-Hernandez, 32, Darlington, was cited for driving without a license at 4:46 a.m. on Wis. 81, Town of Darlington. 

●  Deputies assisted Darlington police with a 911 misdial at 9:43 a.m. on Kennedy Drive in Darlington. 

●  Property damage was reported at 1:45 p.m. on Wis. 81, Town of Elk Grove. 

●  A traffic hazard was reported at 3:16 p.m. on White School Road, Town of Gratiot. 

●  A deputy responded to check welfare at 7:18 p.m. on Fort Defiance Road, Town of Willow Springs. 

●  An erratic driver was reported at 7:29 p.m. on Wis. 23, Town of Willow Springs. Darlington police assisted. 

●  Suspicious activity was reported at 7:35 p.m. on Wildcat Road, Town of Darlington. Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources assisted. 

●  Suspicious activity was reported at 8:22 p.m. on Sunny Lane, Town of Belmont. 

●  A deputy assisted Darlington police with a traffic stop at 10:46 p.m. on Galena Street. 

On April 17: 

●  A deputy assisted Darlington police with a suspicious activity report at 2:56 a.m. on Main Street in Darlington.
