MONROE — On Monday, March 2:
● Ryan W. Arbuckle, 21, Belleville, was arrested on a second-offense charge of operating while under the influence of alcohol after deputies responded at 12:01 a.m. to a vehicle in the ditch in the N7900 block of County CC, Town of Exeter. He was later released to a responsible person pending court. The vehicle was towed from the area.
● Travis A. Vincent, 30, Monroe, was arrested on a Department of Corrections hold at 12 p.m. at the Green County Probation and Parole Office at the Justice Center. He was held at the jail.
● Angel Castro Gonzales, 28, Monticello, was cited for driving without a valid license, third offense, at 1:07 p.m. in the W3100 block of Wis. 11, Town of Sylvester.
On Tuesday, March 3:
● Kurt A. Homerding, 50, Monroe, was arrested on a third-offense charge of operating while under the influence of alcohol after he arrived at the scene of a one-vehicle accident reported at 10:40 p.m. in the N1900 block of Wis. 69, Town of Clarno. A licensed juvenile driver was northbound and reportedly fell asleep, causing the vehicle to go into the ditch. The juvenile reported no injuries. The vehicle was undamaged but towed from the scene. While deputies were on scene investigating the incident, Homerding arrived in a second vehicle. He was taken to the jail, then released after bond was posted.

DARLINGTON — On Wednesday, Feb. 26:
● Jessica L. Spinhirne, 31, Warren, was cited for speeding at 4:43 p.m. on County W, Town of Shullsburg.
● Maiwenn Lethu-Andre, 42, Cuba City, was cited for speeding at 5:04 p.m. on County I, Town of New Diggings.
● A traffic hazard was reported at 7:19 p.m. on County G, Town of Belmont.
● A deputy responded to check welfare at 7:31 p.m. on East Truth Street in Shullsburg.
On Thursday, Feb. 27:
● An animal injured in the roadway was reported at 7:27 a.m. on Sawmill Road, Town of Blanchard.
● A deputy responded to assist with unlocking a vehicle at 2:50 p.m. on Wis. 11 in South Wayne.
● Deputies responded to check welfare at 3:40 p.m. on White School Road, Town of Gratiot.
● Gregory R. Frechette, 40, Darlington, was cited for no vehicle insurance, speeding and a defective muffler at 6:36 p.m. on Wis. 23, Town of Willow Springs.
● Suspicious activity was reported at 6:46 p.m. on South Division Street in South Wayne.
● A traffic complaint was reported at 9:27 p.m. on Wis. 11, Town of Shullsburg.
● A traffic complaint was reported at 9:55 p.m. on U.S. 151, Town of Elk Grove. Belmont police assisted on scene.
● Daniel S. Gilbert, 29, Dodgeville, was cited for a vehicle spotlight restriction at 10:21 p.m. on County G, Town of Belmont.

● David T. McGuire, 21, Brodhead, was cited for speeding at 5:26 a.m. on Wis. 81, Town of Darlington.
● A disabled vehicle was reported at 7:07 a.m. on South Judgement Street in Shullsburg.
● A deputy responded at 10:25 a.m. to East Milwaukee Street in Argyle to keep the peace.
● A 911 misdial was reported at 12:32 p.m. on Meier Road, Town of Wayne.
● Philip L. Martin, 42, Platteville, was cited for speeding at 2:37 p.m. on Wis. 81, Town of Seymour.
● A deputy assisted Shullsburg police with a welfare check at 8:24 p.m. on East Truth Street in Shullsburg.
● Tash G. Opland, 18, Darlington, was cited for speeding and non-registration of a vehicle at 9:06 p.m. on Wis. 23, Town of Darlington.
● A deputy assisted Darlington police with a traffic complaint at 11:29 p.m. on Main Street in Darlington.

● An injured deer in the roadway was reported at 7:12 p.m. on Wis. 11, Town of Wayne.
● Otman Elaroussi, 39, Dodgeville, was cited for speeding at 8:37 p.m. on Wis. 23, Town of Willow Springs.
● Destiny J. Wash, 19, Beloit, was cited for speeding and possession of THC at 8:56 p.m. on Wis. 11 in Shullsburg.
● Kethan A. Rood, 23, Shullsburg, was cited for non-registration of a vehicle and no vehicle insurance at 10:17 p.m. on West Mound Road, Town of Belmont.

● A deputy responded to check welfare at 12:50 a.m. on 2nd Street in Benton.
● A deputy assisted Darlington police with a disorderly conduct case at 3:57 a.m. on Keep Street in Darlington.
● A deputy responded to assist a motorist at 10:20 a.m. on Wis. 11, Town of Benton.
● A disabled vehicle was reported at 11:11 a.m. on Riverside Road, Town of Gratiot.
● An ATV violation was reported at 3:38 p.m. on County W, Town of New Diggings.
On Monday, March 2:
● Monty H. Signer, 35, Stockton, Illinois, was arrested on a second-offense charge of operating while under the influence of drugs after a deputy responded at 6:55 a.m. to Bridge Street in Gratiot for a welfare check. Signer was also arrested on charges of possessing methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the jail and later released on a signature bond. Darlington police assisted on scene.
● An animal injured in the roadway was reported at 7:43 a.m. on Wis. 81, Town of Argyle.
● A deputy responded to assist with unlocking a vehicle at 11:31 a.m. on South Penn Street in Belmont. Belmont police assisted on scene.
● A juvenile problem was reported at 12:58 p.m. on Noble Street, Town of Gratiot. The Green County Sheriff’s Office, Green County Human Services and Monroe police assisted the responding deputy.
● An erratic driver was reported at 4:19 p.m. on Wis. 11, Town of Shullsburg.
● Deputies responded to check welfare at 5:34 p.m. on Andrews Road, Town of Wayne.
● A deputy responded to assist a citizen at 6:25 p.m. on County D, Town of Argyle.
