DARLINGTON — On Aug. 11:

•  Deputies responded to a welfare check at 3:47 a.m. on East Webster Street in Cuba City.

•  Deputies responded to a welfare check at 4:40 a.m. on Lake Road in Argyle Township.

•  Suspicious activity was reported at 6:49 a.m. on East Webster Street in Cuba City.

•  Criminal damage to property was reported at 10:12 a.m. on Blackhawk Road in Monticello Township.

•  A deputy responded to a welfare check at 10:45 a.m. on South McKnight Street in South Wayne.

•  Disorderly conduct was reported at 11 a.m. on 1st Street in Benton.

•  A deputy responded to a motorist assist at 5:17 p.m. on County E in Shullsburg Township.

•  Michael J. Wainscott, 45, Oswego, Illinois, was cited for speeding at 5:45 p.m. on County W in White Oak Springs Township.

•  William L. Niesman, 46, Pearl City, Illinois, was cited for speeding on County W in White Oak Springs Township. 

•  Disorderly Conduct was reported at 6:15 p.m. on Main Street in Willow Springs Township. Amber M. Gleason, 27, Mineral Point, was arrested for disorderly conduct and cited for operating after suspension and no proof of insurance. Travis J. Bartels, 21, Platteville, was arrested for disorderly conduct and probation and parole violation and cited for driving without a valid driver’s license, no proof of insurance and possession of THC. Both Bartels and Gleason were transported to the Lafayette County Jail where they remain in custody.

•  A deputy responded to a vehicle unlock at 6:47 p.m. on Hilldale Road in New Diggings Township.

•  Livestock on the roadway was reported at 8:01 p.m. on Holland Road in Kendall Township.

•  An erratic driver was reported at 8:08 p.m. on Wis. 151 in Belmont Township. Belmont Police assisted.

•  A noise complain was reported at 10:12 p.m. on South Can Buren Street in Benton.

•  A deputy responded to a welfare check at 10:21 p.m. on Highland Street in Argyle.

On Aug. 12:

•  Deputies assisted the Shullsburg Police Department with a disorderly conduct complaint at 1:56 a.m. Thomas M. Townsend, 30, Shullsburg, and Ryan T. Taylor, 42, Shullsburg, were arrested for disorderly conduct and transported to the Lafayette County Jail. They were later released to a responsible party.

•  Suspicious activity was reported at 5:33 a.m. on East Webster Street in Cuba City. Green County Sheriff’s Office assisted. 

•  Criminal damage to property was reported at 7:10 a.m. on Buncombe Road in Benton.

•  An erratic driver was reported at 9:16 a.m. on Wis. 81 in Darlington Township. Darlington Police assisted.

•  A deputy responded to a vehicle unlock at 9:43 a.m. on Market Street in Belmont.

•  A deputy responded to a vehicle unlock at 11:06 a.m. on Wis. 81 in Argyle. 

•  Domestic abuse was reported at 4:04 p.m. on Wood Street in Belmont. 

On Aug. 13: 

•  A deputy responded to a 911 misdial at 6:06 a.m. on County W in Benton Township.

•  Criminal damage was reported at 6:51 a.m. on Wis. 81 in Argyle.

•  A traffic complaint was reported at 4:46 p.m. on Wis. 81 in Seymour township.

•  Tammie Y Gayflor, 28, Des Moines, Iowa, was cited for speeding at 6:42p.m. on Wis. 23 in Willow Springs Township.

•  Livestock on the roadway was reported at 7:32 p.m. on Holland Road in Seymour Township. 

On Aug. 14:

•  A gas drive off was reported at 8:03 a.m. on Miner Way in Shullsburg.

•  A theft was reported at 8:11 a.m. on Wis. 11 in Benton Township.

•  A theft was reported at 9:58 a.m. on Ipswitch Road in Elk Grove Township. 

•  A Disabled vehicle was reported at 11:02 a.m. on County F in Blanchard Township.

•  Livestock on the roadway was reported at 4:57 p.m. on English Hollow Road in Fayette Township.

•  A hit and run was reported at 6:20 p.m. on West Water Street in Shullsburg.

•  A theft was reported at 7:42 p.m. on West Water Street in Shullsburg.

•  Suspicious activity was reported at 9:36 p.m. on Crabtree Corner Road in Benton Township.

On Aug. 15:

•  An injured animal on the road was reported at 6:32 a.m. on Wis. 81 in Darlington Township.

•  Deputies assisted Shullsburg Police with a domestic dispute at 11 a.m. on West Water Street in Shullsburg.

•  Deputies assisted Darlington Police with a hit-and-run at 11:30 a.m. on East Louisa Street in Darlington.

•  Livestock on the road was reported at 12:35 p.m. on County G in Belmont Township. Belmont Police assisted.

•  A deputy responded at 1:43 p.m. to Garden Street in New Diggings Township for a welfare check.

•  A restraining order violation was reported at 1:55 p.m. on Wildcat Road in Darlington Township.

•  Livestock on the roadway was reported at 3:41 p.m. on West Main Street in Benton Township.

•  A traffic hazard was reported at 7 p.m. on County M in Wiota Township. Lafayette County Highway Department assisted.

•  Suspicious activity was reported at 8:14 p.m. on County K in Darlington Township. 

•  A deputy assisted with a vehicle unlock at 10:41 p.m. on Otter Creek Road in Darlington Township.
