On March 28:

● At 12:27 a.m. officers arrested Jon W. Burreson, 45, of Monroe, following a traffic offense stop in the 1800 block of 19th Street. Burreson was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated-3rd offense and was also cited for failure to stop for a stop sign. Burreson was confined in the Green County Jail pending a court appearance.

● At 1:01 a.m., officers were called to a two-vehicle accident with no reported injuries in the 1000 block of 11th Street. An investigation indicated that a vehicle operated by Lane M. Lapp, 23, of Monroe, was eastbound on 11th Street and collided with a legally parked unattended vehicle. Both vehicles sustained disabling damage and were towed. Lapp was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated-1st offense and was additionally cited for operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration. Lapp was released to a responsible adult pending a court appearance.

● At 3:02 a.m., officers were called to a disturbance in the 2300 block of 16th Avenue. The investigation led to the arrest of Alexania L. Molina Velasquez, 21, of Monroe, on charges of disorderly conduct, battery and intimidation of a victim, all under Wisconsin’s Domestic Violence laws. Molina Vasquez was additionally charged with three counts of resisting/obstructing officers and confined in the Green County Jail pending a court appearance.

● At 4:43 p.m., officers were called to a reported hit and run traffic accident in the 500 block of 21st Street. The investigation indicated that the offending vehicle, operated by Humberto Chipahua Panzo, 21, of Monroe, was conducting a backing maneuver and collided with a legally parked unattended vehicle before leaving the scene. Chipahua Panzo was later located and cited for hit and run-unattended vehicle and operating without insurance before being released pending a court appearance.
