On June 12:
● At 4:14 p.m., Richard D Hauser, 45, of Brodhead, turned himself to the Green County Probation and Parole Office for a probation warrant. Hauser was incarcerated at the Green County Jail.
On June 19:
● At 7:47 p.m., Deputies responded to the area of W7500 block of STH 11, in the Town of Cadiz, to assist the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Office for a disturbance they were investigating. Deputies later located the vehicle disabled and the investigation resulted in the driver, Lucas R. Baker, 31, of Huntley (IL), being cited for Possession of Marijuana. Baker was later released to the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Office pending court.
● At 11:36 p.m., Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding in the N5100 block of STH 104, in the Town of Albany. The investigation resulted in the driver, Zachary J. Dienberg, 32, of Evansville, being placed under arrest for Operating While under the Influence (4th offense) and a Probation Hold. Dienberg was additionally cited for Operating After Revocation (due to an alcohol offense), Failure to Install an Ignition Interlock Device, Possession of Open Intoxicants in a Vehicle, Speeding, and Operating a Motor Vehicle without Insurance. Dienberg was later incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending court.
On June 24:
● At 10:07 a.m., Deputies responded to the 2800 blk of 6th Street, City of Monroe, to take custody of Joshua J. Mueller, 46, of Monroe, on a probation violation. Mueller was transported to the Green County Jail.
● At 11:39 p.m., Deputies responded to the, 200 block of Hoesly Dr., in the Village of New Glarus, for a one vehicle accident. Investigation found a vehicle operated by, Anthony G Achtziger, 24 of Monroe, was traveling northbound on Hoesly Dr., when he struck a legally parked trailer on the side of the roadway. Achtiger reported wearing his seatbelt, no injury and the vehicle sustained disabling front end damage, and was towed from the scene. The trailer sustained damage and was left at the scene.
On June 27:
● At approximately 3:30 p.m., Deputies responded to the 700 block of Washington St, Village of Monticello, for a report of a disturbance. Invest-igations resulted in Michael W Moser, 69, of Monticello being arrested for disorderly conduct and trespass to a dwelling. Moser was incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending an initial court appearance or the posting of bond.
On June 27:
● At 10:56 a.m., Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the W100 blk of STH 81, Town of Spring Grove. The investigation determined that the driver of the vehicle, Scorpio A. Deberry, 43, of IL, had damaged his vehicle when hitting a traffic barricade sign. Deberry was not injured, wearing his seatbelt, and his vehicle was towed from the scene. Furthermore, Deberry was placed under arrest for operating under the influence. Deberry was additionally cited for speeding, operating left of center, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, and reckless driving - endangering safety. Deberry was released to a responsible party and given a pending court date.
● At 2:50 p.m., Deputies along with, New Glarus PD, Belleville EMS and New Glarus Fire Department, responded to the intersection of STH 69 and Spring Valley Rd, Town of New Glarus, for a motorcycle crash with injuries. Richard E Johnson, 57, New Glarus, was southbound, turning right onto Spring Valley Rd when he lost control on the chip seal surface, and laid down the bike on his right side. Johnson sustained injuries in the crash, but declined transport. The motorcycle he was riding sustained functional damage and was driven from the scene.
● At 7:31 p.m., Deputies, with the assistance of the Oregon Police Department, investigated a report of a stolen vehicle in the W100 block of County Highway C., Town of Brooklyn. Investigation resulted in placing Gregory W. Walters, 25, of Brooklyn, under arrest for operating a motor vehicle without consent of the owner. Walters was transported to the Green County Jail pending court.
On June 28:
● At 8:52 PM, Deputies placed Benjamin P. Affrunti, 50, of New Glarus, under arrest for disorderly conduct due to an incident that occur-red on June 27th in the Village of Monticello. Affrunti was transported to the Green County Jail. Due to Benjamin being on probation and parole placed a hold and he remains incarcerated at the Green County Jail.
