The Lower Sugar River Watershed Association (LSRWA) invites community members, watershed partners, conservationists, and river advocates to attend its 2026 Annual Meeting and Sugar River Watershed Summit, “Discovering Our Places of the Heart,” on from 9:30 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. Saturday, August 1 at Three Waters Reserve, N3941 Golf Course Road, Brodhead.
This year’s annual meeting will celebrate accomplishments that contribute to the health of the Sugar River Watershed while fostering new collaborations and projects that support a lasting culture of watershed stewardship. Through presentations, discussions, and interactive activities, participants will explore the places and experiences that connect them to local water resources and discover the diverse skills, resources, and partnerships that strengthen conservation efforts throughout the watershed.
Guests will also have the opportunity to enjoy the restored landscapes of Three Waters Reserve and connect with fellow community members and conservation partners over a Vietnamese buffet for lunch.
Following the meeting, guests are encouraged to explore the trails at Three Waters Reserve and visit the LSRWA Field Station Headquarters located in the lower level of the building.
New memberships, renewals, and cash or check donations will be accepted at the event. Community support makes the Association’s work possible and helps sustain ongoing efforts to protect and enhance the Lower Sugar River Watershed.

Attendance is free and open to both members and non-members. Lunch is optional and not included with registration.
