On March 16:
● At 9:53 a.m., Deputies responded to the intersection of Dunphy Rd. and STH 104, Town of Albany, for a single vehicle crash. The investigation determined the driver, Molly C. Byrne, 56, of Monticello, was eastbound on Dunphy Rd. when she attempted to stop at the stop sign. Byrne reported sliding through the intersection and into the east ditch of STH 104. Byrne reported being uninjured and wearing her seatbelt. Her vehicle sustained functional damage, with no airbag deployment, and was driven from the crash after being pulled out.
On March 18:
● At 1:38 p.m., Deputies responded to the W4200 block of Exeter Crossing Rd., in the Town of Exeter, for a single vehicle crash. The investigation found that Violet M. Lounsbury, 17, of Belleville, was driving westbound when she lost control of the vehicle due to snow covered roads. The vehicle then entered the north ditch and collided with a tree. Lounsbury advised that she was uninjured and wearing her seatbelt. Lounsbury’s vehicle sustained disabling damage, without airbag deployment, and was towed from the scene. The investigation resulted in Lounsbury being cited for Failure to Notify Law Enforcement of an Accident. Additionally, Laura K.M. Lounsbury, 53, of Belleville, was cited for Knowingly Assist Person Fleeing an Accident Scene. Both parties were released pending court.
On March 19:
● At 9:50 p.m., Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a moving violation in the W6400 block of STH 11, in the Town of Monroe. The investigation resulted in the driver, Reese R. Guillory, 35, of Monroe, being placed under arrest for Operating While under the Influence. Guillory was additionally cited for Operating with a Prohibited Alcohol Concentration (greater than .15), Expired Registration, and No Motor Vehicle Insurance. Guillory was later released to a responsible person pending court.
On March 21:
● At 2:16 p.m., Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding, in the W1800 blk of STH 11, Town of Spring Grove. The investigation resulted in the driver, Carlos A. Apaez Campos, 31, IL, being placed under arrest for Operating While Under the Influence. Carlos was additionally cited for a Prohibited Alcohol Concentration (greater than .08) and speeding. Carlos was transported to the jail and given a mandatory court date.
On March 23:
● At 3:23 p.m., Deputies responded to the Green County Probation & Parole Office, where Ethan E. Tregloan, 25, of Monroe, was placed under arrest for an active arrest warrant through the Department of Corrections. Tregloan was later incarcerated at the Green County Jail.
