MONROE - Monroe's water utility department will be performing routine maintenance, including hydrant flushing, valve turning and sewer jetting and televising, throughout the summer. The next area scheduled for sewer cleaning and televising is Wisconsin 69 to 11th Avenue/21st Street to 18th Street and runs Monday through Aug. 15. Customers may see some discoloration in their water.
