MONROE - About 30 bicycles were reported stolen Wednesday after they were discovered missing from a shed in the Town of Monroe.
The bicycles were being kept in a shed in the N4800 block of Wisconsin 69, Town of Monroe, according to a Green County Sheriff's Department press release.
The owner of the bicycles discovered them missing earlier in the week before reporting them missing to police on Wednesday.
The bicycles were not the property of either of Monroe's bike shops, The Bike Haus and Stonehall Bicycle. According to the Sheriff's Department, the complainant was a citizen with a private collection.
