Cauliflower, Carrot, Broccoli Bake

Ingredients
2 packages mixed vegetables, cauliflower and
broccoli
3/4 pound Velveeta cheese cut into squares
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Seasoned
croutons
1 C. melted butter
Directions
Mix all together and spread in 9x13 pan. Put seasoned croutons on top and pour 1 cup melted butter over all. Freezes well. Bake 350 degrees 2 hours or 375 degrees 1 1/2 hours.
