“Made these over the weekend; very easy to make.”
Ingredients
4 boneless porkchops
1-2 C. orange or pineapple juice
2 Tb light soy sauce
2 Tb honey
2 Tb mustard
Garlic powder, to taste
Directions
Mix 1 to 2 cups orange or pineapple juice with 2 tablespoons each of light soy sauce, honey and mustard. Pour over 4 boneless pork chops. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight.
When ready to grill sprinkle each pork chop with garlic powder. Place on grill until pork chops are cooked to your liking.
