“I was head cook in two restaurants in Monroe for 50 years, (this) goes over well on salad bar.”

(Yield: 10-12 servings)


Ingredients

1 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)

1 8 oz. sour cream

1/2 cup brown sugar

2 teaspoons vanilla

4 pounds green or red grapes, or mix

1 cup walnuts


Soften cream cheese and add rest of ingredients except the grapes. Wash and dry grapes, add to cheese mixture, mix together. Pour in serving bowl, top with nuts.
