LANCASTER — Darlington’s girls golf team finished fourth at the Lancaster Quad on Thursday, Sept. 10. The Redbirds shot a 237. Host Lancaster won the team title with a 186, while Southwestern and Prairie du Chien each shot a 209.

Adeline Riechers and Sarina Ford each shot a 19-over-par 55 to lead Darlington, with Rose Gruetzmacher (61) and Anyka Johnson (66) also counting toward the team score.

Lancaster’s Margot Dhyanchand was the medalist with a 4-over-par 40.

The Redbirds hit the links again on Sept. 14 at the Southwestern SWC Mini-Meet. The WIAA Division 2 Regional is scheduled for Sept. 30 at Evansville.
